Mahasathi Infra began in the year 1989 under the leadership of Mr. Kothwal Sheshayya Sherugar as a Proprietary Concern. The Group operates into two Business Verticals. One is refractory, engineering & maintenance contracts in steel plants and other is Real Estate Development & Constructions at Kundapur, Udupi & Mangalore.He being an Engineering Graduate started his career in a steel plant of Jindal Group company. As a result of working as a Service Engineer in refractory industry he bagged many contracts and awards, he gained business in many folds by start of less than 10 workers reached more than 300 employees in the group.With a VISION to avail housing for everyone, Mr Kothwal Sheshayya Sherugar was successful in bringing a change in a small Town like Kundapur by offering flats at an affordable price ranging between 1.5 lakhs and 3.5 lakhs for 1 BHK, 2BHK.
